BOGO Book Fair

We are excited about this week's book fair!  This year, our students can purchase books the traditional way, or parents can create a spending account so students don't have to even bring any money to school.  Information about the eWallet is posted below. The buy one get one free book fair is a great opportunity to pick up some books for summer!

Our Annual Color Run

We are excited to announce this year's color run!  Please come join in on a great family activity...one that will earn money for our school.  (All money earned goes directly to benefit the children of Fielding Elementary School.) You can choose to do a 5K, or just bring your family and enjoy a one mile walk. The entry fee includes a t-shirt and packet of powdered color.

We'll have hotdogs, drinks, and cookies for sale. We'll have music, fun, and prizes. We'll have places to throw extra powder...and lots of time to enjoy our neighbors and friends!

We're excited to invite several new families to this year's color run. With the new school boundary changes, we're hoping to meet some of our newest friends at the event.  In their honor, we're calling this year's color run, "Panthers Unite."

If you have any questions, please contact our office!  For information regarding registration, please click on the link below.  Please return your completed registration form to the office by April 19, 2019.

School Boundary Meetings

As our communities grow, so does the need of balancing the enrollment of our district's elementary schools. Our school board will be making a decision regarding the changing of elementary school boundaries for the upcoming school year during the March 13, 2019 school board meeting.  In order to gather information and make the most informed decision, the district has scheduled several boundary change meetings.  The meetings are open and there will be a scheduled public comment time on each meeting's agenda.  Any of our community members, parents, and stake holders are welcome to attend.

  • Tuesday, February 12th at Century Elementary (6:30 PM)
  • Tuesday, February 19th at McKinley Elementary (6:30 PM)
  • Tuesday, February 26th at North Park Elementary (6:30 PM)
  • Tuesday, March 5th at Fielding Elementary (6:30 PM)
  • Monday, March 11th at Garland Elementary (6:30 PM)

Kindergarten Students Registration and Enrollment

We are excited to begin enrolling next year's kindergarten students!  If you have a student heading our way for kindergarten, please be sure to join us for our Kindergarten Getting to Know You Days (see the previous post)!  While we will have computers available for parents to complete the registration process at that time, you're more than welcome to complete the registration process at home.
  • If you have had other students at Fielding or in Box Elder School District and already have an Aspire (our student information system) account, click on the green button that reads, "Login and Register" under "I already have an Aspire account" under "New Student Registration."
  • If this is your first student in Box Elder School District, or if you have other students but have never set up an Aspire account, push on the blue button, "Register New Student" under "I do not have an Aspire account" under "New Student Registration."
  • If your student has been, or is currently enrolled at one of our district's preschools, he/she is already in our student information system. If you have never set up an Aspire account, then you will need to click on the yellow button that says, "Request a Username" under "I do not have an Aspire account" under "Current Student Registration."
  • If your student has been attending one of the district's preschools, and you already have an Aspire account, simply click on the green button that reads "Login and Register" under "I already have an Aspire account" under "Current Student Registration."
  • Please know, if your student is enrolled in one of our district's preschools, you may not be able to officially register your child at this time. Please contact our office so we can make sure your child is on our kindergarten class list.  You will be able to officially register online once the school year is completed.
If you'd like additional registration instructions, and to register your child for our 2019-2020 kindergarten class, please click HERE.

HA! Clear as mud, right?  If you experience trouble registering, please contact our office, or simply wait to electronically enroll your child during one of our Kindergarten Getting to Know You Days.  We'll be happy to help you out!  We're looking forward to working with you and your child.

Kindergarten Getting to Know You Days

It's hard to believe, but it's already THAT EXCITING time of year! It's time for our Kindergarten Getting to Know You Days! We're looking forward to meeting next year's kindergarten students (children who will be five before September 1, 2019).
We've planned a couple of special times to get to know them better! Please be sure to set aside the following dates:

Friday, February 8th (11:30 AM)
and
Friday, April 19th (11:30 AM)

Our kindergarten teachers have something special planned for both visits! The activities will last about 1/2 hour each time. Please be sure to bring your child's birth certificate and immunization record with you. If you have any questions, please contact our office.
Be sure to spread the word! If you know of Future Fielding Panthers within our school boundaries, please let their parents know.
